CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 498(FIN) "An Act providing for                           
exploration incentive credits for activities involving locatable and           
leasable minerals and coal deposits on certain land in the state; and          
providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                     
                                                                               
Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 4225.               
Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                         
498(FIN) was adopted.                                                          
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 498(FIN) was read                          
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 498(FIN) be considered                            
engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.              
Objections were heard.
